Japanese meets Scandinavian design

If you follow my Instagram you have already seen this beauty in my feed, but I just had to show you more. Sometimes you just instantly fall in love with something, just like I did, first time I saw this stool from the well known Danish design company Skagerak. Designed by Chris L. Halstrøm, exhibited first time two years ago and now it is finally in production. I have been crossing my fingers that it would end up in stores, and now it is available right here. Chris has designed the iconic Georg series for Skagerak. The Vent stool has the perfect combination between material and design, and the braid work reminds me of the bow of a Japanese kimono. I hope that we will see more styles added to the Vent series, in the years to come.
