Bungalow5 designs a sofa for Sofakompagniet

We talk a lot about flexible living. Our homes has become our office, our gym and where we spent time with our family, big or small. Being able to have multiple options in one room, is something that I really appreciate. My dear friend Allan from Bungalow5, has designed a couch for Sofakompagniet, with just that in mind – The Bungalow sofa. It looks like a regular sofa, but it is much more then that. It is also the perfect daybed. I know he has been working on it for a year and I am so proud of him. At first glance it looks like a regular very nice couch.

 

 

“I wanted something that would fit in a smaller space, but still be big enough to seat multiple people, and even fit a person to sleep over. It is not meant to replace a bed, but perfect for a few nights or a long nap.”

 

 

Allan gas a great eye for details choosing high-quality leather pipping, pretty legs and a two back pillow system for maximum comfort. The sofa is made in the most beautiful herringbone textured fabric and I think it is a sofa bed that will fit in many homes.

The Bungalow Sofa is now available as seen here, but very soon it will also be available to customize in many other fabrics and probably also with a tan leather pipping. I personally can’t wait to try to design my own Bungalow5 sofa!
