Soft minimalism – a corner of my dining room

Many of you have reacted really positive on the photo I posted to Instagram the other day. I received a lot of comments and messages about the objects and especially the lamp, so I wanted to show you a but more. The lamp is from the Danish design company New Works. I like lamps that looks like a sculpture when they are not being used and this one really stands out. They have made it in a small version too which I am pretty keen on.

The sideboard is designed by Bruno Mathsson that I bought on a online auktion last year. It was based in Sweden so we had it shipped to Copenhagen. I am desperately chasing some of his chairs too, but they are not produced anymore and so hard to find. The stool is from Fritz Hansen designed by Arne Jacobsen and was a Christmas gift a few years back. The little wooden bowl is from a Trip to Thailand and I love the shape of it.
